Account Cancellation Agreement

Before submitting your request to cancel your Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited account, please read this entire agreement carefully. If you have any questions or do not understand any part of this agreement, please contact Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited to obtain the necessary clarification before proceeding.

You may proceed with the cancellation process only after you confirm that you fully understand and agree to all the terms of this agreement and clearly acknowledge the consequences of the cancellation.

1. Overview

1.1 This agreement is entered into between Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited.com Pte. Ltd. (“Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited”) and the holder of the account applying for cancellation (“you”). Its purpose is to terminate the legal relationship established under the Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited Account Service Terms and to regulate matters relating to account cancellation.

1.2 This agreement is formed on the date you submit your cancellation request through the Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited system; however, it will only take effect after Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited completes all necessary reviews and confirms that you meet the cancellation requirements. The review includes, but is not limited to, identity verification, account status, transaction history, and compliance checks.

2. Process Description

2.1 “Account cancellation” refers to an operation voluntarily initiated by you, with the intent to permanently terminate all account relationships, contracts, and business dealings with Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited, until the account is fully removed from the system and restored to an unregistered state.

2.2 Once the cancellation process is initiated, the system will conduct an automated check. If the account is empty, it may be cancelled directly. If any non-cancellable conditions are detected, Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited has the right to suspend or reject the cancellation request, including: outstanding orders, domain backorders, domain auctions, or unpaid account fees; incomplete identity verification or compliance reviews; or if the account is involved in any complaint, investigation, arbitration, or judicial proceeding (you may reapply once all such matters are resolved).

2.3 If the account contains business activity but none of the non-cancellable conditions apply, a 14-day cooling-off period will begin. During this period: you may still log into your Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited account to withdraw the cancellation request; you may not conduct new transactions, modify information, or transfer assets; and If the cooling-off period expires without withdrawal of the request, the system will automatically proceed with permanent cancellation. The account and all related data will be deleted and cannot be restored.

2.4 If Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited receives any inquiry or claim from regulatory authorities, judicial bodies, or third parties regarding the account during the cooling-off period or before final deletion, Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited has the right to suspend the cancellation process until the relevant matters are properly resolved.

3. Consequences and Impact

3.1 Once the account cancellation is completed, you will: No longer be able to log into the Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited website, dashboard, or app; No longer have access to any services, products, or data associated with the account; Be unable to recover any transaction records, historical data, or communications under the account; and Remain responsible for all legal and contractual obligations arising from the account prior to cancellation.

3.2 Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited’s obligations and rights: From the date of official cancellation, Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited will cease collecting, using, or storing your personal data, except as otherwise required by laws and regulations (e.g., tax compliance or regulatory record-keeping requirements); Subject to applicable laws, Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited will ensure that data associated with the account becomes non-retrievable, inaccessible, and unrecoverable within the system; and Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited will no longer be obligated to provide any data recovery, information disclosure, or after-sales support.

3.3 After cancellation and expiry of the cooling-off period, the account name or ID may be released for new registration, and any new user will have no connection to your prior account activities.

4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

4.1 The formation, performance, and interpretation of this agreement are governed by the laws of Singapore. If any term conflicts with mandatory legal provisions, the legal provisions shall prevail without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.

4.2 Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may initiate legal proceedings before a court.

5. Confirmation and Consent

You hereby declare and confirm that: you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement; you fully understand the consequences of account cancellation and the cooling-off period arrangement; and you voluntarily enter the Hong Kong LIBA Network Technology Co., Limited account cancellation process in accordance with this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
